With many years of experience in surgical and aesthetic dermatology as well as modern laser medicine, we offer Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Philipp Jansen Together with his team, he offers a wide range of dermatological services. His work is characterized by precision, scientific curiosity, and the ambition to bring university-level medicine into everyday practice.

Even before beginning his medical studies, Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Philipp Jansen developed a strong interest in tumor and reconstructive surgery. During a social project in Brazil, he worked with street children and subsequently completed a several-week clinical internship with the renowned plastic surgeon Ivo Pitanguy in Rio de Janeiro.

His dermatological specialist training took him to the university hospitals of Bonn and Essen – one of the leading centers for tumor research. In addition to the German and European specialist titles (FEBDV), he also passed the American Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).

From a scientific perspective, Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Philipp Jansen focuses on the development of AI-assisted imaging techniques, particularly in histological diagnostics. This expertise is reflected in the consistent digitalization of his practice and the use of the FotoFinder system.

In parallel, he earned the Diploma of Aesthetic Laser Medicine (DALM) and is now a lecturer in laser medicine. His profile is further enhanced by numerous additional qualifications – including in aesthetic dermatology, allergology, phlebology, and occupational dermatology – enabling him to provide treatment at the highest professional level.

Marta Neves She brings extensive experience and expertise to her practice. Her focus areas include the early detection and treatment of skin cancer, surgical dermatology, and the performance of modern and versatile laser treatments. With great dedication and a holistic understanding of skin health, she provides her patients with individualized, empathetic care at the highest medical level.

Basel Chaar –

Your doctor for modern dermatology

Dr. Basel Chaar has extensive experience in general dermatology. His areas of expertise include the treatment of allergic skin diseases, hair and scalp problems, and the diagnosis and therapy of skin tumors, including surgical dermatology. He places great importance on a trusting doctor-patient relationship as well as meticulous and individually tailored dermatological treatment.

Open consultation hours and
Primary care physician referral process

Due to high demand, we offer a walk-in consultation for acute venous disorders such as leg pain, swelling, or suspected thrombosis. Please note that this consultation is intended exclusively for urgent cases. As the number of available slots is limited, we may not be able to treat you on the same day. Appointments for subsequent days are not possible during the walk-in consultation.

If you need an appointment quickly, we recommend using the GP referral procedure. In this case, please have your GP refer you directly to us. We reserve specific time slots daily for such cases – so you can usually be seen within one to three working days. You can obtain information about our current open consultation hours by phone, email, or via notices posted in our practice.
